Cleaning agents for combi steamers

An alkaline detergent with a rinsing effect is used for automatic and semi-automatic cleaning of the working chamber of a combi oven and similar thermal equipment.  Effectively removes a wide range of organic contaminants, including burnt fat and protein deposits. It is recommended to use solutions of the product for surface treatment of stainless steel, ceramics, glass and plastics.

A detergent for the combi ovens and similar thermal equipment in automatic and semi-automatic washing mode. It neutralizes the remnants of an alkaline detergent solution, does not leave streaks, gives a beautiful even shine and ensures quick drying of a clean surface. With regular use, it prevents the formation of limescale deposits.

The concentrated acidic decalcifying agent is used for automatic and semi-automatic cleaning of the working surfaces of combi ovens and similar thermal equipment. The product has good cleansing properties, effectively dissolves and removes scale, mineral and organomineral impurities, hardness salts in the chamber of the combi oven.

The product is intended for decalcification of boilers and internal pipelines of combi ovens. Effectively cleans heating elements and internal surfaces of boilers in closed water circulation systems of combi ovens. Effectively cleanses, removes scale, fresh mineral deposits, and prevents the formation of persistent salt deposits.

Application: 

Adjust the supply of the solution according to the equipment manufacturer's instructions, turn on the automatic cleaning program. The recommended concentration of the solution is 25-50 ml/1 liter of water. Washing temperature from +60 °C to +95 °C

Detergent in tablet format with a rinsing effect is intended for automatic and semi-automatic cleaning of the working chamber of a combi oven and similar thermal equipment. Highly effective detergent and rinse aid, removes a wide range of contaminants, in particular, burnt fat and protein deposits. It is recommended to use solutions of the product for surface treatment of stainless steel, ceramics, glass and plastics.

Application: 

Place the tablets inside the working chamber, and then turn on the washing program according to the equipment manufacturer's instructions. The consumption of tablets per washing cycle depends on the degree of contamination of the surface.

Acidic agent in the form of tablets is used for rinsing and decalcification of the surface of the working chamber of the combi oven, boiler and thermal elements. Effectively removes scale, fresh mineral deposits, and ensures quick drying of a clean surface. It does not contain sulfamic acid.

Application:

Place the tablets (it is recommended to consume 2 tablets per cycle) inside the working chamber of the combi oven or in the compartment of the sliding container, turn on the automatic cleaning program. Then follow the commands on the display or according to the equipment manufacturer's instructions.
