An alkaline detergent with a rinsing effect is used for automatic and semi-automatic cleaning of the working chamber of a combi oven and similar thermal equipment. Effectively removes a wide range of organic contaminants, including burnt fat and protein deposits. It is recommended to use solutions of the product for surface treatment of stainless steel, ceramics, glass and plastics.

Application:

Adjust the supply of solution according to the equipment manufacturer's instructions. Turn on the automatic cleaning program and follow the commands on the equipment display.
