Processing
To process the equipment with the agent working solution with temperature from 40°C to 90°C. Max temperature for plastic is +65°C. The solution concentration is 0,5% (50 gr per 10 l of water).
Exposure time – 5 – 15 min. CIP-cleaning systems – 5 – 30 min. Minimum outlet temperature - +40°C.
Rinsing
After processing of the equipment, pipelines and containers for different purposes, to rinse the surfaces with tap water until no residual amounts of detergent on the processed surface (5-10 minutes depending on the length of the track and size of the processed object).
Washout completeness control
Presence or absence of residual acidity on the equipment is tested using universal indicator paper. For this purpose, immediately after washing and rinsing, to put a strip of indicator paper to the wet surface of equipment exposed to sanitary processing and tightly press. Coloring of the indicator paper in the orange-maleic color indicates the presence on the equipment surface of residual acidity. If the appearance of the paper has not changed - rinsing water or moisture on the equipment surface has a neutral reaction, indicating the absence of residual amounts of detergents on the equipment.
