ITALMAS С2 - Tablet alkaline detergent for washing coffee oils
An alkaline detergent in tablet format for washing automatic coffee machines, dairy systems and various dosing devices. Effectively removes hard-to-dissolve impurities (residues of coffee, coffee and essential oils, wax and tannins) deposited on internal surfaces. Aluminum parts should be handled with care.
Application:
For the maintenance of coffee machines:
1.Place one tablet in the holder with the plug installed and insert it into the group.
2.Follow the manufacturer's instructions for the equipment.
For automatic washing:
1.Place the tablet in the receiver of the espresso machine.
2. Turn on the cleaning program.
3.Follow the commands on the display and the manufacturer's instructions for the equipment.
For washing removable parts:
1.Prepare a cleaning solution: 1-2 tablets per 300-500 ml of water with a temperature of ≥ 60 ° C.
2. Soak the removable parts until they are completely cleaned.
3.After cleaning, rinse with clean water.
4. Dispose of the first prepared portion of coffee!
